An Elite Filly from one of Oldenburg's Most Celebrated Damlines
A super find in Germany! We were looking to add a source of new blood for our program and in this filly we blend the very popular E sire line (Estobar NRW, Escolar, Escamillo) with the important Weissena stamm. She is from the first foal crop of Bundeschampion Escanto PS OLD and is out of the Verbands Premium and Elite Stute Weisse Rose, a daughter of the Grand Prix stallion Licotus. Further back in the pedigree you find Rubinstein, Barsoi xx, and Inschallah, so a super infusion of Thoroughbred and Anglo-Arabian blood for refinement and durability. She is long-lined with a correct foundation, a strong topline, lots of quality in the gaits, and was named an Elite foal in Oldenburg. We look forward to her growing up with our good friends at Zuchthof Kathmann!

In the Pedigree
Sire Escanto PS OLD is one of the most successful young stallions currently in Germany. In 2023, he was named Bundeschampion of the Four-Year-Old Riding Stallions with three times the score of 10 (trot, canter, and rideability) and a 9.3 overall. He was also Oldenburg State Champion in Rastede and had already been a two-time performance test winner, each time with scores above 9. Escanto's sire Escamillo, Vice Champion of the Six-Year-Olds and Bronze medalist in the Seven-Year-Olds at the World Young Horse Championships, is now successful to Small Tour level and qualified for the Nürnberger Burg-Pokal finals for Developing Prix St. Georges horses in 2023. Escanto's dam is a half-sister to the approved stallions Fürst Toto and Donier, and comes from the very successful Finnländerin damline.
The dam Weisse Rose received the Verbands Premium title and was named an Elite Stute based on production by the Oldenburg Verband. Her sire Licotus, successful to Grand Prix level and named VTV Dressage Stallion of the Year in 2010, is a name synonymous with producing good type, elegance, and high rideability. Weisse Rose has already produced numerous Premium offspring and is the dam of Hot Chance (by Hotline), who placed 3rd at M level at the 2023 Oldenburg Championships in Rastede. Weisse Rose has siblings that are successful to Advanced level in Germany, and her own dam is a half-sibling to the Grand Prix horse Dream of Dance.
From the celebrated damline of Weissena comes Team Gold and Individual Silver medal winning Olympic horse Weihegold OLD, the Grand Prix horse and approved stallion Total Hope OLD, the popular breeding stallion Viva Gold, the Westphalian licensing champion Extra Gold, as well as Statesman OLD, Duke of Oldenburg, Canaster I and II, and Inselfürst among others.
