A Big Mover with a Classic German Pedigree
A really lovely colt sired by one of our favorite stallions, Franziskus FRH, and out of the wonderful Quantico foundation mare Laurette by Londonderry. This colt is made very much in the image of his dam, with an improved topline and more scope to the gaits courtesy of his Grand Prix successful sire. He is correct in his conformation and super people-oriented as well, making him a barn favorite.

In the Pedigree
Sire Franziskus won his 30-day stallion test, was Bundeschampion of the Four-Year Old riding horses, and is now competing successfully at the international Grand Prix level under Ingrid Klimke. In 2019 he was listed on the German A-team for the 2021 Olympics in Tokyo, and was also part of the German team at the 2023 World Cup Finals where he finished 4th in the Grand Prix with a 75.543%. Franziskus has made strong contributions to the breeding world with numerous foal show champions, licensed stallions, auction price highlights, and successful sport horses to his credit.
Dam Laurette was named the recipient of the Bari von Buedingen Memorial Trophy in 2018 for having the highest mare inspection score within the country that year. Her overall score of 8.16 included multiple 9s and 8s and she has been celebrated as a classic Hanoverian mare. She is a direct daughter of licensing champion and Bundeschampion Londonderry, a stallion known within the Hanoverian breed as a source of type and riding horse qualities. A number of top sporthorses boast Londonderry as damsire including double World Champion and Grand Prix horse D'Avie, World Young Horse Bronze Medal-winning Fürsten-Look, and 2020 Nürnberger Burg-Pokal Champion Destacado FRH. Futurama comes from the same damline as Danish Olympic Horse Selten HW.
