Sire Finery is a son of Oldenburg Licensing Champion, Bundeschampion, and VTV-Dressage Stallion of the Year Fürstenball. Fürstenball includes among his other successful offspring the Danish Olympic horse Heiline's Danciera, Saddle Licensing Champion and World Young Horse Championships Bronze medal winner Fürsten-Look, and over 80 licensed stallion sons. Finery's damsire Diamond Hit was successful to international Grand Prix level and has solidified himself as an important stallion for breeding. Finery was Reserve Grand Champion at Dressage at Devon in 2016, placed 3rd in the FEI Six-Year-Old Finals at the 2017 US National Young Horse Championships, and is poised to make his FEI debut in 2022. First reports of his offspring under saddle are glowing.
RF Carmelina is a direct daughter of the influential Holsteiner stallion Contender. Contender dominated German breeding values for many years and is noted as the sire of numerous successful offspring including German Champion and Olympic Bronze medalist Montender, Premium Stallion and Performance Test winner Contendro I, and the Grand Prix horse and important breeding stallion Contango, sire of Olympic Dressage horse Ravel. RF Carmelina is a full sibling to the approved stallions Contester I and Contester II as well as the Australian Olympic Event horse Bendigo. Prior to her career as a broodmare, RF Carmelina competed at the Bundeschampionate for Eventing as a 5-year-old.
