Another Successful Year for DAD's 50th Anniversary

2025 marked the 50th edition of the historic Dressage at Devon - without doubt, our favorite show of the year. We were really pleased to have the super filly Madonna QC (Monterey x Han. Pr. Fabienne, by Franziskus FRH) representing us for the breed show portion. She had a very solid go in the Current Year Fillies class to place 2nd with an 82.925% and qualified for the ProElite/USDFBC Foal Championship. All of her individual scores were 8 or above, including an 8.5 on trot. A big thank you to our wonderful friend King Santa Cruz for his help in the ring! Madonna's owner Emily Hassman purchased her at a couple weeks of age and was on hand to help in the barn and watch her filly shine in the ring. 

Madonna is the first second generation product from our program and ably follows in the footsteps of both her dam and her granddam Royal Celeste FH. Celeste was the first horse we ever presented at DAD under the Quantico name back in 2016 when she won the Three-Year-Old fillies class with an 83.4%. She went on to be Champion Filly, Champion Young Horse, qualified for the Grand Championship ring, and was the highest placing Hanoverian. What a legacy!

Also representing the Quantico program was Futurama QC (Franziskus FRH x Laurette, by Londonderry), owned by Camilla Keis Cornwell. Futurama placed 4th in the Two-Year-Old Colts and Geldings class with a 78.475%. He continues to develop in a positive way and we look forward to seeing him in the performance ring in a couple of years with Camilla!
